Jennifer Richardson is the sole director of 123 Accounting & Taxation Pty Limited. Starting from a home office, Jennifer has gradually built the business to be a successful Accounting firm in Charlestown whilst still maintaining the premise that drove the business to commence originally – that accounting and taxation should be affordable and yet still be knowledgeable. Jennifer had completed her Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of Newcastle whilst undertaking an accounting traineeship before moving to become a manager at a large Newcastle based firm. Jennifer is a member of the National Tax & Accountants Association and the Australian Institute of Professional Accountants. With over 30 years experience, Jennifer has established a reputation for providing clients with valuable information in a straightforward and understanding manner.
Kelly started at 123 Accounting & Taxation in 2010 as an administrative assistant. Kelly soon realised that she would like to pursue a career in Accounting and we were very pleased to be able to offer her that opportunity. Kelly has since undertaken the role of Accountant and has completed her Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of New England. Kelly’s rapport with clients has certainly made many clients feel at ease in some times very confronting circumstances.
Client Service Co-ordinator
Jaime joined the 123 Accounting & Taxation team in 2009 as a client service co-ordinator. She enjoys getting to know our clients both over the phone as well as face to face. Jaime has since undertaken the role of Provider Billing Services for doctors all over Australia. Jaime provides our internal accounting function as well as assisting clients with their payroll processing. Jaime provides quality administrative support in a friendly and helpful manner.
Nicole is coming into her 7th year at 123 Accounting & Taxation as an Administrative Assistant. She is that warm and friendly face that will greet you upon arrival. Nicole is always willing to go that extra mile for all of our clients. Her professionalism and organisational skills help this office to run smoothly even in the busiest of times.
Shay started with 123 Accounting & Taxation as a Part Time administrative assistant in 2011, having had over 4 years’ experience in similar positions. Shay’s position involves answering incoming calls and helping with the many administrative duties that makes the office run smoothly and efficiently. Shay has a fantastic ability to set clients minds at ease with a wonderful personable nature.
